Tech companies such as Comviva, Routematic and Lloyds Technology Centre appointed industry leaders in key business positions. Routematic appoints new engineering lead

Corporate mobility solutions provider Routematic, which serves over 350,000 employees across 300 enterprises in 23 Indian cities, has appointed Chaitanya Koduri as its new engineering lead. In this role, Koduri will lead the Bengaluru-based firm's engineering and technology roadmap, delivering sustainable commute solutions. He has over 16 years of experience in software design, development. Koduri has also led engineering teams across global technology firms. Prior to joining Routematic, he served as Senior Engineering Manager at Salesforce, where he led strategic product development and drove large-scale innovation focused on user experience. Accounting firm KPMG in India has appointed Gautam Bhattacharya as the Partner and technology consulting leader. Bhattacharya will be working to strengthen the firm's digital transformation and analytics offerings, helping clients to scale business by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technology. He has over two decades of experience in analytics, enterprise transformation, and decision intelligence. Lloyds Technology Centre has named Shirish Tatikonda as its new AI Lead in Hyderabad, India. Tatikonda will spearhead the development of AI solutions at the AI Centre of Excellence. He brings over 20 years of AI and machine learning experience from Walmart Global Tech, where he led the Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering group at Walmart Data Ventures. Previously, he held senior positions at Target and IBM Research, building large-scale AI platforms and pioneering computer vision, NLP, and advanced analytics applications. Tatikonda holds a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Ohio State University, has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications, and holds over 10 AI and machine learning patents.

Jemima Joy Joseph to head AI Enterprise Architecture at NPCI

Jemima Joy Joseph now leads AI Enterprise Architecture at NPCI, driving strategic AI initiatives, including scalable frameworks for Generative AI, real-time analytics, and agent-based systems. Her expertise covers NLP, Vision AI, LLMs, MLOps, and real-time data processing. Previously, she was AI director at ProV International and held positions at Philips, Accenture, Verizon, and HCL Tech.
