New Delhi, June 19 -- Indian IT company LTIMindtree has announced the launch of BlueVerse, a new Artificial Intelligence (AI)-focused business unit and suite of services aimed at supporting enterprises in integrating AI across their operations. Positioned as an AI ecosystem, BlueVerse is intended to help companies accelerate their use of AI from initial concept to practical implementation.

According to the company, BlueVerse currently features a marketplace offering more than 300 industry-specific and function-specific AI agents. It also includes tools to support interoperability and a growing set of connectors. LTIMindtree said the platform is supported by governance systems designed to ensure scalability and trust.

The company's new offering includes pre-built solutions for marketing and customer contact services. The marketing component is designed to help businesses improve campaign performance and return on investment, while the contact centre solution uses AI agents to shorten response times and enhance customer service.

A feature of the ecosystem, called BlueVerse Foundry, provides users with tools to create and deploy AI solutions using either no-code or pro-code environments. These include AI agents, tools, assistants, and pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation, as well as support for automating business processes.

Commenting on the launch, LTIMindtree CEO Venu Lambu said that the initiative is intended to increase productivity by embedding AI into various business functions. Nachiket Deshpande, President for Global AI Services, added that BlueVerse aims to help clients gain value and maintain competitiveness in an AI-driven landscape.

Last month, LTIMindtree secured its largest contract to date - a $450 million deal over seven years with a global agribusiness company. The agreement covers application management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity services, all to be delivered using AI-powered platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Azure, and ServiceNow, in addition to the company's own AI tools.

The deal reflects a growing trend among Indian IT firms to double down on AI offerings amid a period of uncertainty in the global technology services market.
