New Delhi, July 18 -- Kyndryl has introduced a new Agentic AI Framework aimed at helping businesses deploy AI agents that support human teams and adapt to changing environments. The company says this enterprise-level framework allows organizations to manage and scale AI solutions across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid systems.
The framework uses a set of AI agents that operate independently, learn over time, and collaborate with human workers. These agents translate complex data into actionable insights while maintaining human oversight. According to Kyndryl, the system draws from its experience with infrastructure management and from the Kyndryl Bridge platform, which generates millions of AI-driven insights each month.
Kyndryl states the framework is designed to support business workflows and application layers by integrating AI agents across various operations. The system includes built-in security features such as encryption, privacy safeguards, and zero-trust protocols to ensure that all agent actions are monitored, traceable, and aligned with compliance standards.
Two early use cases include a national government and a financial institution. The government is considering the framework to manage its IT systems and provide insights on metrics like traffic flow, hospital capacity, and school attendance. The financial institution is exploring how the AI agents can improve service delivery, support regulatory compliance, and increase operational efficiency.
Ismail Amla, Senior Vice President, Kyndryl Consult said, "With our unique insights from Kyndryl Bridge, our differentiated Agentic AI Framework, and our experience managing some of the world's largest technology estates, we can help companies design, implement and run agentic AI solutions at scale - tailored to their specific business productivity and innovation goals."
