New Delhi, Sept. 16 -- Karnataka Grameena Bank (KGB) has chosen Fyno to fully manage its customer communication infrastructure. Under the partnership, KGB Fyno will leverage its vendor-agnostic platform to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable customer communications. With Fyno's communications hub for BFSI, Karnataka Grameena Bank can now track every message from the point of trigger to final delivery, ensuring visibility and control. It has also helped in achieving autonomy in provider management, faster telecom integration in under 24 hours, and up to 100% message deliverability through smart channel routing, Fyna said in a statement. "Karnataka Grameena Bank's adoption of Fyno's intelligent communications hub is a perfect example of how BFSI institutions can future-proof their customer communication infrastructure," said Aniketh Jain, CEO, Fyno. "By centralising control, KGB has gained the flexibility to adapt in real time while maintaining compliance and data security. This partnership demonstrates how technology can transform customer engagement into a seamless, trusted, and value-driven experience." The centralised communications hub for the bank offers real-time monitoring, compliance tracking, and a single source of truth for governance. All SMS communications are now routed through Fyno, which provides a unified dashboard offering insights into vendor performance, deliverability, engagement, and analytics. By integrating directly with telecom providers, the platform also simplifies template approvals, reconciles data with triggering systems, and manages message routing across channels. The result, according to the bank, has been lower costs, faster workflows, and a more consistent customer experience. KGB plans to expand the partnership beyond SMS to cover WhatsApp, RCS, push notifications, email, and in-app messaging. The move is expected to give the bank a single platform to oversee every customer communication channel, consolidating multiple teams and systems while ensuring compliance and control at scale.
