New Delhi, April 21 -- Customer experience platform Kapture CX has appointed former Freshworks executive Gaurav Prakash as its new Senior Director of Enterprise Sales.
With over 14 years of experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry, Prakash has worked across several technology domains including education technology, procurement technology and customer experience. His appointment is seen as a strategic move for Kapture CX, which claims to be one of the few companies offering a fully integrated customer experience platform developed organically in India. The company believes Prakash's industry knowledge and leadership skills will be crucial as it continues to grow in a competitive market.
Prior to joining Kapture CX, Prakash held key responsibilities at Freshworks, where he helped scale the enterprise business across North, East and West India. He was instrumental in driving growth initiatives and expanding client relationships across major regions. His previous experience also includes a tenure at professional services firm PwC.
"The market is at an inflection point. Enterprises-whether legacy businesses or digital-native brands-are actively looking for a comprehensive CX platform that aligns with their transformation goals. Kapture is well-positioned to capitalise on this shift, especially with its early investment in Generative AI and Agentic AI by the leadership & the founders as a game-changer," said Prakash.
Gaurav Juneja, Chief Revenue Officer of Kapture CX, said that Prakash's expertise in SaaS and customer experience solutions aligns well with the company's goals. His addition to the leadership team would accelerate Kapture CX's growth and further strengthen its position in the market.
Prakash holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, specialising in Marketing, from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He also earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology.
