New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- The first week of November saw a series of technology rollouts across enterprise sectors. Key developments included AI-driven operational tools, cloud marketplace expansion, infrastructure digitalisation, and network hardware updates aimed at improving efficiency and scale, here is a list of the most important updates for a quick catch-up:

Nagarro rolls out agentic AI solutions

Nagarro has launched a new suite of "Agentic AI" solutions built on Salesforce technology, unveiled at Salesforce's Dreamforce 2025 event. The portfolio includes five industry-specific tools: Assista (voice-based sales assistant), SupportMate (customer-service diagnostic assistant), RetailMate (retail order & invoice management), FinZy (loan-processing automation for financial institutions) and FreightAssist (logistics insights and case-support).

The company said the new solutions aim to transition organisations from automation to autonomy by leveraging AI agents within the Salesforce ecosystem, boosting productivity and customer experience.

Adani Group partners with Autodesk for digital project operations

Adani Group entered a three-year strategic partnership with Autodesk to deploy Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM advisory services across its infra-projects globally. The tie-up forms part of Adani's "Parivartan" digital-transformation initiative, intended to establish a single source of truth for its operations and improve project decision-making.

The collaboration will also involve process standardisation, partner enablement, capability building and workforce upskilling to ensure the digital transformation spans the value chain. The companies said this aligns with India's infrastructure growth and sustainability goals.

AWS marketplace launches in India

Amazon Web Services (AWS) launched its AWS Marketplace in India, enabling customers to purchase third-party software and services from Indian providers in Indian Rupees. The move is intended to streamline procurement, assist compliance and accelerate cloud adoption among Indian enterprises.

The offering allows Indian ISVs, system integrators and channel partners to list products in INR with local invoicing, thereby reducing procurement friction. AWS underscored the expansion as part of its broader infrastructure investment in India and its aim to boost the country's digital-economy growth.

Infosys introduces AI agent for Energy operations

Infosys introduced an AI-based agent designed to improve data-driven operations in the energy sector by converting large volumes of operational data into actionable insights. The solution uses Infosys Topaz, Infosys Cobalt, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and ChatGPT-4o to enable conversational access to reports, well logs, charts and images.

Key functions include early-warning of performance issues, predictive insights for equipment and operations, and automation of report creation. The aim is to cut non-productive time, elevate reliability and assist engineers, operators and field teams in real-time decision-making.

Consistent Infosystems launches Ethernet Media Converter

Consistent Infosystems has launched an Ethernet-media converter for enterprise networks, addressing demand for connectivity across mixed copper and fibre infrastructures. The converter supports 10/100/1000 Mbps, automatic MDI/MDI-X detection to reduce manual setup, and operates in temperatures from 0 degC to +65 degC with voltage protection.

Targeted for use in data centres, industrial facilities and surveillance systems, the device allows organisations to extend fibre links while retaining local copper distribution. The company said it aims to enable fast, stable and secure network expansion across campuses and multi-building networks.
