New Delhi, Nov. 3 -- Infosys, an IT services provider, has launched Infosys Topaz Fabric, a new AI-driven platform designed to help enterprises simplify and accelerate their IT service delivery. The platform provides a modular stack of data infrastructure, AI models, agents, workflows, and applications that can be used together or separately, depending on business needs.
Topaz Fabric allows enterprises to access a range of services-as-software from a single platform. It aims to improve value from existing IT investments by integrating AI-based tools and reducing dependency on specific vendors. The platform supports services across IT operations, transformation, quality engineering, and cybersecurity.
The system includes more than 50 pre-built AI agents that work with major enterprise platforms. These agents help automate and manage workflows, improving efficiency in day-to-day operations. Infosys engineers work with business teams to adapt the platform to each organization's specific environment, ensuring that it fits existing systems and processes.
Infosys Topaz Fabric uses a hybrid model where AI agents collaborate with human workers. The agents handle routine or repetitive tasks, while humans supervise and guide the AI to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Satish H.C., Chief Delivery Officer, Infosys, said, "Infosys Topaz Fabric brings to our clients the resilience that comes from combining the transformative powers of artificial intelligence with human creativity to supercharge service delivery across the enterprise landscape, while building on their existing investments."
