
New Delhi, Jan. 7 -- IT services firm Infosys has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate enterprise adoption of generative AI. This partnership will combine Infosys' suite of AI solutions and services called Topaz with AWS's generative AI-powered assistant - Amazon Q Developer to enhance Infosys' internal operations and drive innovation for customers across sectors such as manufacturing, telecom, financial services, and consumer goods.
Through its collaboration with AWS, Infosys integrates advanced AI capabilities to streamline complex tasks, accelerate project timelines, and enhance employee experiences while driving productivity. For example, the integration of Infosys Topaz with Amazon Q Developer in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) enables automated documentation and provides tailored support for tasks like code generation, debugging, testing, and legacy code modernisation. Infosys is also leveraging AWS generative AI services to deliver solutions across industries.

In December, Infosys partnered with Microsoft for enterprise adoption of agentic AI. At the time, Microsoft Chairman and CEO Satya Nadella announced that Infosys will deploy more than 50,000 Microsoft Copilot licences.
