New Delhi, June 26 -- IT services firm HCLTech has launched its orchestration consultation and implementation services in partnership with Salesforce. Under the collaboration, the Noida-headquartered organisation will implement Salesforce Agentforce, a platform for building and deploying agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI), across financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
HCLTech is facilitating enterprise-grade agentic workflows that aim at task orchestration, reasoning, and action execution across systems, streamlining marketing, sales, service, and operations in highly regulated environments.
HCLTech leverages protocols, including the Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), to help clients streamline coordination, task tracking and visibility and drive faster and more reliable outcomes.
"Salesforce Agentforce represents a transformational shift in how enterprise value is created. At HCLTech, we are not just enabling agent deployment, we are scaling business outcomes through intelligent, governed, and connected agent ecosystems," said Sadagopan Singam, Executive Vice President, Global Head of SaaS and Commercial Application, Digital Business Services, HCLTech.
To be sure, in January, HCLTech was chosen by Salesforce for its Agentforce Partner Network. As part of this network, HCLTech will leverage its Salesforce digital modernisation expertise to help clients, especially in the financial services sector, to deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents.
This is expected to help enterprises accelerate the adoption of AI-driven agents and modernise their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications. HCLTech will be able to assist enterprises in transitioning from simple chatbots to sophisticated AI solutions capable of handling complex, multi-channel interactions. HCLTech and Salesforce are partnering to bring agentic AI to PenFed Credit Union, America's second-largest federal credit union for enhanced member engagement and operational efficiency.
