New Delhi, Nov. 11 -- Genpact has appointed Dinesh Jain as its Global Capability Centre (GCC) Lead, effective November 11, as part of its strategy to strengthen partnerships with global enterprises looking to design, scale, and transform their GCCs into strategic growth hubs. Based in Mumbai, Jain will lead Genpact's global efforts to help organisations evolve their GCCs through agentic operations, advanced technologies, and data-driven transformation.

"In the era of agentic operations, GCCs are no longer just delivery hubs; they are strategic growth engines," said Riju Vashisht, Chief Growth Officer, Genpact. "With Dinesh's leadership, we're helping clients reimagine these centres as catalysts for continuous innovation and competitive advantage."

In his new role, Jain will define and execute Genpact's GCC strategy and advisory playbooks. He will guide clients on setting up, scaling, or transforming their global centres into hubs of innovation, engineering, and process excellence, while also advising on scale-up and carve-out strategies to unlock long-term value. "GCCs today sit at the intersection of process, technology, data, and global talent, shaping how businesses scale and compete," said Dinesh Jain, GCC Lead, Genpact. "The next wave of growth will come from empowering these centres to become agile, data-smart engines that fuel enterprise-wide transformation."

Jain brings over two decades of experience in technology delivery and digital transformation, having worked with multinational organisations to architect and scale their global capability centres. Before joining Genpact, he led Accenture Technology GCC Solutions and Offering from Mumbai and held senior roles in transformation, technology strategy, and delivery across multiple industries.

According to industry estimates, India now hosts more than 1,800 GCCs employing over 1.6 million professionals. Increasingly, these centres are taking end-to-end ownership of AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics functions for global enterprises. As the ecosystem evolves, companies are seeking partners who can help bridge the gap between technology, data, and business outcomes-an area where Genpact is expanding its advisory focus.

Through its GCC practice, Genpact said in a statement that it aims to help enterprises accelerate innovation, ensure governance and compliance, realise measurable value, and enable digital transformation at scale. With Jain's appointment, the company is doubling down on its vision to turn GCCs into strategic assets that combine operational excellence with data intelligence and AI-driven decision-making.
