
New Delhi, May 5 -- Gurugram-based cybersecurity solutions provider Five Tattva Cyberhub Security LLP (5Tattva) has acquired majority stake in Zeroday Ops Private Limited, another cybersecurity company based out in Gurugram, at an undisclosed amount .
Zeroday Ops is known for its advanced cyber threat detection and prevention capabilities. It will now operate with the combined support of 5Tattva's expertise in compliance and managed security services. The partnership is expected to enhance the ability of both companies to respond to increasingly sophisticated digital threats by offering a broader and more integrated range of security solutions.
As part of the new arrangement, leadership roles at Zeroday Ops will include Atul Luthra as Chief Executive Officer, Manpreet Singh as Chief Revenue Officer, Sahil Kushwah as Chief Technology Officer, and Gautam Nangia as Chief Product Officer. The leadership team will be tasked with steering the company's strategic direction and expanding its capabilities to better serve a growing client base.
Atul Luthra, now CEO of Zeroday Ops and Co-Founder of 5Tattva, described the acquisition as a major step in their growth. He said the deal brings together technical expertise and a forward-looking approach to cybersecurity, allowing the combined entity to offer more effective protection against cyber threats.
Gautam Nangia, Chief Product Officer at Zeroday Ops, also welcomed the partnership, stating that combining Zeroday's capabilities with 5Tattva's experience in compliance and managed services will allow the company to support its clients more comprehensively.
