Tell us about the work you were involved with in your initial years that contributed to your professional growth at Intuit.
My early work in quality engineering at Intuit, focused on enterprise applications, instilled a strong platform mindset. I spearheaded cultural transformations, shifting teams to a technology-focused, end-to-end engineering organisation. Continuous learning enabled my progression from Quality Leader to Operations Leader, and then to Engineering Leader. Establishing the first Security Center of Excellence and security stewards in India, while revolutionising quality engineering with a patent, demonstrated my capacity for innovation and efficiency. As a product development leader, I guided transformations that combined discrete teams into capability-based organisations. These teams now develop monetisation, experimentation, and personalisation capabilities at scale for the Intuit ecosystem.
What technologies are you most excited about currently and why?
I am most excited about Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-driven personalisation, and real-time experimentation platforms. These are revolutionising value delivery, enabling hyper-personalised experiences. Intuit leverages Generative AI to transform customer experiences and empower financial decision-making. Our Agentic AI experiences, powered by GenOS, automate tasks and provide personalised insights, complemented by human expertise. We prioritise responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and trust.
