New Delhi, March 26 -- Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP (Deloitte India) has joined hands with technology company Zoho to accelerate digital transformation for mid-market and enterprise firms in India.
The collaboration aims to address challenges related to outdated systems and prolonged digital adoption cycles that slow down innovation and growth by offering tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business expansion. By combining Deloitte India's industry expertise with Zoho's cloud-based applications, the alliance seeks to simplify operations and improve productivity for enterprises across various sectors, including healthcare, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and eCommerce.
Zoho's suite of over 55 interconnected applications will play a key role in this partnership. These include its finance and operations tools for accounting, payroll, and inventory management, along with customer experience solutions for marketing, sales, and customer service. Additionally, Zoho Analytics will provide business intelligence capabilities, while Zoho Creator will offer low-code solutions for custom software development and integration.
Vinay Prabhakar, Deloitte South Asia Sales and Alliance Leader, said that as businesses continue to adapt to an increasingly digital landscape, they require scalable and future-ready solutions. He added that this partnership aims to help enterprises modernise operations, improve efficiency, and build long-term resilience by integrating Deloitte's strategic expertise with Zoho's technology.
Bishan Singh, Head of Zoho's Channel Ecosystem, said that Zoho's cloud platform, equipped with low-code and no-code capabilities, combined with Deloitte India's industry insights, would enable businesses to create customised solutions efficiently. This, he said, would allow companies to streamline operations, achieve faster returns on investment, and scale effectively.
In February, Zoho collaborated with Grant Thornton Bharat to help Indian mid-market enterprises navigate their digital journeys with greater agility and efficiency.
Furthermore, earlier this month, Zoho unveiled Projects Plus, a new collaborative platform designed for mid-sized and large corporations, which integrates four key Zoho applications-Projects, WorkDrive, Analytics, and Sprints-enabling seamless file management, and real-time business intelligence, among other features, for its customers.
