New Delhi, Nov. 4 -- Barracuda Networks, a cybersecurity company, has announced new features for its BarracudaONE platform, aimed at improving efficiency and security for managed service providers (MSPs). The updates include bulk remediation for email threats, integrations with professional services automation (PSA) tools for billing and invoicing, and simplified account management.
The enhancements are designed to help MSPs manage multiple customer environments more effectively. With the new bulk remediation feature, MSPs can remove email threats across all customer accounts at once, reducing response time and limiting exposure. This helps teams address potential security risks faster and maintain consistent protection across clients.
BarracudaONE now integrates with six PSA systems, Autotask by Datto, ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, Kaseya BMS, Pulseway PSA, and Syncro. These integrations automate billing and invoicing processes, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy. MSPs can maintain their existing workflows while improving operational efficiency and reducing the chance of billing errors.
The BarracudaONE platform provides a unified dashboard for managing security solutions, accounts, and licenses across customer environments. The latest update adds integration with the Barracuda MSP application, allowing MSPs to manage all operations from a single interface. Features such as automation, natural language queries, and detailed reporting help streamline management tasks and improve visibility into threats and configurations.
The platform supports Barracuda's portfolio, including Email Protection and Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, and the new capabilities are available at no extra cost.
