New Delhi, April 28 -- Anaptyss, a provider of managed services for the global banking, financial services, and insurance sector, is set to expand its operations in India to more than 100,000 square feet over the next two years. The move is the part of company's plan to double its India workforce by 2027, with the addition of over 600 professionals specialising in financial services and risk management.

The firm's main global capability centre in Gurugram, currently covering around 28,600 square feet, will be expanded by 17,000 square feet, increasing the total space to over 45,600 square feet. The expansion is expected to nearly double the centre's capacity to over 1,000 seats to support round-the-clock operations. The facility will continue to serve clients across North and South America, including Canada and Mexico.

Anaptyss also operates a 55,000 square-foot facility in Noida with space for approximately 500 employees. As part of its growth plans, the company is considering the development of a dedicated campus in Noida to strengthen its global delivery operations and attract talent for specialised roles.

The company is simultaneously expanding its presence in Pune, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, while stepping up activities in Hyderabad and Jaipur. These cities have been identified for their strong talent pools and well-developed infrastructure.

Anuj Khurana, Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Anaptyss, said the expansion would help the company meet the growing global demand for its managed services. He noted that the upgrades to the Gurugram centre, plans for Noida, and the company's strategic focus on multiple cities would enable it to scale its services effectively.

He added that the combination of modern infrastructure, a digitally enabled service model, and specialised talent would continue to strengthen Anaptyss' global operations, with India playing a central role in its delivery strategy.
