Sri Lanka, Nov. 2 -- Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, Secretary for Relations with States and International Organisations of the Holy See, will make an official visit to Sri Lanka from November 3 to 8, 2025, at the invitation of the Government and the Catholic Bishops' Conference in Sri Lanka.

The visit will mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and the Holy See, celebrating five decades of friendship, faith, and cooperation between the two States.
