Sri Lanka, Sept. 21 -- The program initiated by the Government towards achieving a complete transformation of past strategies is already manifesting clear signs of success. Uplifting the living standards of underprivileged people, in both rural and urban areas, as well as modernising and revitalising the ailing economy, were the prime objectives of the National People's Power (NPP).
