Sri Lanka, Nov. 9 -- Surrounded by family and well-wishers, Pradeep Nilanga Dela celebrated his re-election as Diyawadana Nilame of the Sri Dalada Maligawa, the first to serve three consecutive terms since 1814, after winning by a commanding majority of 145 votes.
