Sri Lanka, Aug. 31 -- Public Security and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananda Wijepala said the Government is moving decisively to dismantle underworld violence in the country, in the backdrop of the extradition of several leading criminals to Sri Lanka from Indonesia yesterday evening.

He said the Government has secured greater international cooperation to apprehend drug traffickers and organised crime figures operating from abroad. The Indonesian-Sri Lankan joint Police operation to nab notorious criminal Kehelbaddara Padme and several others is an example, he said.
