Sri Lanka, Sept. 14 -- Maris Stella College, Negombo and Lyceum Wattala emerged Boys' and Girls' overall champions at the 93rd Sir John Tarbat Senior Athletics Championship held at the Mahinda Rajapaksa Sports Complex in Diyagama.

Maris Stella took the crown with 115 points followed by St. Benedict's College (103 points) and Lyceum Wattala (94.5 points). In the Girls' championship, Lyceum Wattala claimed the top spot with 239 points, ahead of A. Rathnayake Central College, Walala (158 points) and Dharmapala Vidyalaya, Pannipitiya (82 points).

Lyceum Wattala also won the outstation overall Boys' Championship (94.5 points) while St. Joseph Vaz College, Wennappuwa were placed second (86 points) and Maris Stella finished third (57 points)....
