Sri Lanka, Feb. 16 -- The Local Government Elections (Special Provisions) Bill will be presented to Parliament tomorrow (17) at 2.00 pm following President Anura Kumara Dissanayake's Budget speech.

Parliament's Director of Communications and Legislature Services, Jayalath Perera told the Sunday Observer that House sittings will be temporarily suspended in accordance with protocol after the President's speech, and recommence for the Bill to be presented.
