Srilanka, Nov. 23 -- I was so pleased to be the keynote speaker at the first ever convocation of the Benedict XVI Catholic International Institute of Higher Education (BCI) recently.
Today's column is the essence of my convocation address to BCI graduands.
I consider convocation as a commencement in consolidating competence and confidence. A new journey has just begun. Hence, at the outset, let me congratulate all graduands who have gathered here, for their gallant path ahead. Today makes it even more special as you are the first set of valued learners passing out from the BCI. I hope to share a few thoughts on your future progress in identifying the most vital element needed for excellence. That is intelligence.
