Sri Lanka, Nov. 30 -- Indian Chetak helicopters lifted off from the aircraft carrier INS Vikrant for rescue operations in Gampaha and Kuliyapitiya yesterday. India has commenced Operation Sagar Bandhu, with INS Vikrant and INS Udaygiri delivering relief supplies in Colombo and extending support to communities hit hard by Cyclone Ditwah.
