Sri Lanka, Oct. 12 -- The Horton Plains National Park has attracted record numbers of visitors as four types of Nelu flowers bloomed together for the first time in 12 years, officials said.
Park Warden Sisira Ratnayake said that tourists must adhere to the Park's rules and regulations while visiting to witness the rare Nelu bloom. "Some groups have acted contrary to the rules of the national park, and we have taken steps to enforce the law against them," he said.
