Paris, Oct. 17 -- Amid widespread speculations about the fate of Pakistan in the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) plenary here, an official announcement in this regard is expected October 18.

Omar Hameed Khan, spokesperson of the Pakistan Finance Ministry, when contacted to verify the news about FATF decision to keep Pakistan on its grey list he said that "it is not true and nothing before October 18", Dawn news reported.

The FATF is an inter-governmental body established in 1989 by the ministers of its member jurisdictions.
