New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- Indian Plumbing Skills Council (IPSC), the sector skill council partner of National Skill Development Corporation of India (NSDC), is building a skill development ecosystem in the plumbing sector. It is taking forward the initiative by going beyond skill development programmes for plumbers, and training sales & marketing executives as well as factory workers.
