France, June 1 -- Paris Saint-Germain's Champions League-winning squad will show off European club football's most prestigious trophy during a victory parade on Sunday afternoon along the Champs-Elysees in Paris.

The team claimed the prize for the first time after annihilating Inter Milan 5-0 at the Allianz Arena in Munich on Saturday night.

Following the voyage in an open-top double-decker bus, the squad will go to the Parc des Princes to present the trophy to fans inside their home stadium.

The gala is expected to finish with a lavish reception at the Elysee Palace with President Emmanuel Macron.
