France, July 19 -- Nigeria and hosts Morocco moved into the semi-finals at the women's Africa Cup of Nations following victories on Friday night over Zambia and Mali respectively.
Nigeria, who are seeking a 10th title since the competition moved into its present format in 1998, walloped Zambia 5-0.
Osinachi Ohale opened the scoring two minutes into the game at the Stade Larbi Zaouli in Casablanca. The 33-year-old defender rose over the Zambian defenders to head homeEsther Okoronkwo's free-kick.
