France, Feb. 7 -- France's interior minister has urged drug users to take responsibility for enabling drug-related crime as record drug seizures put a growing narcotics crisis under the spotlight, with children caught in the crossfire of gun crime.
The French government is appealing to the conscience of drug consumers as it revealed what it said were "record" drug seizure figures for last year.
