KATHMANDU, Jan. 31 -- CPN (Unified Socialist) submitted a memorandum to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Tuesday.

Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal reached the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar on Tuesday morning to submit the memorandum demanding that necessary steps be taken immediately to improve the economy and control inflation.

In the memorandum, the party has suggested Prime Minister Dahal conduct a campaign to free the economy from the capture of cronyism and corruption.
