Saudi Ambassador Al-Mawany pays courtesy call on Veep Pun
KATHMANDU, Feb. 5 -- Newly appointed Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Nepal Musaid bin Sulaiman M. Al-Mawany has paid a courtesy call on Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun at the latter's official residence, Bahadur Bhawan on Tuesday.
"Nepal has already moved on the path of development prosperity. I would like to request Saudi government to invest in Nepal in various sectors including agriculture, tourism and hydropower," said Pun.
Meanwhile, Pun informed Ambassador Al-Mawany that Nepal is organizing Visit Nepal 2020 and expressed hope that a lot of tourists will come to Nepal during the event.
Al-Mawany, in the meeting, said that the relation between the two counties is getting friendlier.
