JANAKPUR, June 18 -- The government of Province 2 has prioritized infrastructure development, irrigation and education sectors in the budget for the upcoming fiscal year - FY2019/20.
In his budget speech, Minister of Economic Affairs and Projects Bijay Kumar Yadav on Sunday said that the provincial government has allocated Rs 8.4 billion for physical infrastructure development.
A lion's share of budget allocated for infrastructure development will go for Janata Awas - a residence development program for local people - which was introduced in the current fiscal year.
