Nepal, Feb. 11 -- The relation between Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli and his Co-chairman of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal is apparently fraught in the past few days. Pushpa Kamal Dahal has been criticizing Oli and the government publicly and has even warned of "conflict". Four days ago, Dahal warned that government's failure to fully implement the constitution and the Comprehensive Peace Accord (CPA) could invite "fresh round of conflict, much graver than the 10-year insurgency" and he even raised the prospect of 'another Maoist group raising arms.'
