Nigeria, March 5 -- The governor of Zamfara is implementing what he calls a successful model for handling terrorism and banditry in the State. On March 1, a long interview with him, carried out before the abduction of female students in the State, was published in Trust. Therein, he proclaimed: "Alhamdulillahi, since we started the peace accord, there have been tremendous successes achieved in rescuing people that were under captivity.
