Nigeria, Oct. 19 -- Kabir Tukura is a member of the House of Representatives who represents Zuru/Fakai/Danko-Wasagu/Sakaba federal constituency of Kebbi State. He is one of the young, first-time lawmakers.

PT: You recently held a town-hall meeting in your constituency. Has this been part of your agenda before coming into the House of Representatives?
