Czechia, March 4 -- YIT has agreed with the Czech housing cooperative BD Portti Kladno on the sale of the first phase of the apartment building project, and the construction of the apartment buildings that belong to it. In the first phase, which is now starting, YIT will build 85 communal housing apartments, which the housing cooperative will sell to its members. The value of the first phase of the contract is approximately EUR 18 million and it will be recorded in the order book for the first quarter of the year 2025.
