Finland, Nov. 27 -- The City of Helsinki's Urban Environment Division has chosen YIT as the development phase partner for the Jatkasaari swimming and sports center. The project will begin with a development phase and will be carried out as a collaborative project management contract. The estimated total value of the construction contract for YIT, which aims to proceed to the implementation phase after development, is approximately EUR 87 million.
