Finland, June 12 -- YIT and A-Kruunu have agreed on the construction of rental apartments subsidized with a long-term interest subsidy in Niemenranta, Tampere. A-Kruunu is a state-owned special assignment company that builds affordable rental housing. The earthworks will start in June 2025, and the project is slated for completion in August 2026. The total value of the contract for YIT is approximately EUR 9 million, and it will be recorded in the order book for the second quarter of the year.The total scope of As Oy Tampere Polaris will be approximately 3 000 square meters of floor space.
