Weeks Marine Inc. awarded $11,104,129 contract for dredging in the Bayport Ship Channel

United States, Sept. 24 -- Weeks Marine Inc., Covington, Louisiana, was awarded an $11,104,129 modification (P00002) to contract W912HY-24-C-0007 for dredging in the Bayport Ship Channel. This modification increases the total cumulative face value to $69,356,129. Work will be performed in La Porte, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2025. Fiscal 2025 civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $11,104,129 were obligated at the time of award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston, Texas, is the contracting activity.
