Work will be performed in Brevard County, Florida, and is expected to be completed by January 2028. Fiscal 2025 military construction (Navy) funds in the amount of $165,770,097, are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract also contains two unexercised options which, if exercised, would increase the cumulative contract value to $168,240,876.
