India, Sept. 29 -- Waaree Power (WPPL), wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies has executed the definitive share subscription cum share holders agreement for acquiring 76% stake, for an aggregate consideration of ~ Rs 53 crore in Racemosa Energy (India) subject to conditions precedents to closing.
