India, Dec. 19 -- Waaree Forever Energies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary viz; Hydro Bloom Energy on 18 December 2025.The new subsidiary is incorporated solely for the purpose of facilitating and holding specific power projects under the IPP framework.
