United States, Sept. 12 -- VRD Contracting Inc., Holbrook, New York, was awarded a $14,914,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Westhampton Beach, New York, with an estimated completion date of March 6, 2027.
