Sweden, April 23 -- Veidekke has been commissioned by OBOS Nya Hem to build new apartments and rowhouses at Trakvista torg on Ekero near Stockholm. The design and build contract is valued at approximately SEK 119 million. The Brf Aroma project is expected to be ready for occupancy in spring 2027. The Brf Aroma project, in which Veidekke has been involved from its early stages, involves the construction of 42 new apartments and 4 townhouses spread over three buildings of three to four storeys.
