Norway, Dec. 8 -- Veidekke has been contracted by Bonava to build the Visthuset block in Sigtuna outside Stockholm. The project comprises 91 new rental apartments built to meet care home requirements. The design and build contract, expected to be completed in December 2027, has a value of approximately SEK 217 million. To achieve the best design possible, Bonava and Veidekke have developed the project together from a very early stage. The assignment includes a 91 apartment newbuild with a glazed courtyard and such common areas as a storage room, bicycle room, garage and outdoor parking.
