Norway, May 13 -- After a one year interaction phase, Veidekke has signed a contract today with Statsbygg to build the new Insitute of Materials Science and Engineering (P2) at NTNU in Trondheim. The commission is a design and build contract with a value of NOK 680 million, excluding VAT. The new building will be 13,200 m2 in size across 10 floors and will accommodate just over 200 NTNU employees, SINTEF Industri, external partners and more than 300 students in five academic years.
