Sweden, Dec. 19 -- Veidekke has been contracted to build a new access road including a tunnel under the railway and a bypass for the Swedish Transport Administration. The project west of Linghem in Linkoping is an execution contract worth approximately SEK 107 million, with expected completion in 2028. The assignment includes the construction of approximately 3.5 km of road, 600 m of cycle path, three construction works, one of which will be constructed under existing tracks, as well as a significant amount of drainage work. The project will improve accessibility, increase traffic safety and enable development of new areas in the municipality. The contract is included in the Q4 2025 order book.
