Norway, Feb. 9 -- Stor-Oslo Eiendom has, following strong sales results, awarded Veidekke the contract to build the first phase of the residential project Linderudlokka in Oslo. The contract is a design and build contract valued at approximately NOK 490 million excluding VAT. Linderudlokka will be developed into a new and vibrant neighbourhood with a total of 950 apartments, a grocery store, kindergarten, commercial spaces, and a large square connecting the area. The project is being developed in cooperation between Stor-Oslo Eiendom and BRJ Boliginvest.
