Turner Selected for $94 Million Fit-out of Chubb Insurance Headquarters

United States, Feb. 24 -- Turner Construction Company was selected to complete the $94 million interior fit-out for Chubb Insurance's new headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. Already managing construction of the 18-story building that will serve as Chubb's new home, Turner will now also manage the 550,000-square-foot fit-out of the building's interior.Once completed, the building will provide a modern, dynamic environment designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and long-term growth for Chubb's 3,200 headquarters employees. The interior fit-out is scheduled for completion in Spring 2026.
