United States, Sept. 25 -- The Raytheon Co., El Segundo, California, is being awarded $602,900,000 for a firm-fixed-price contract for spare parts and repair of assemblies related to the active electronically scanned array radar system used in support of the F/A-18 aircraft. Work under the contract will be performed in Forest, Mississippi (75%); El Segundo, California (15%); McKinney, Texas (9%); and Andover, Massachusetts (1%). This is a five-year contract with no options and all work is expected to be completed by September 2030. This announcement involves Foreign Military Sales from Australia (9%), Kuwait (5%), and Canada (3%).
